Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Pleasant Valley Farm is a new wedding venue, opening its doors in 2014. Say your vows as you overlook beautiful farmland and open fields. Take romantic photos as the sun sets over the lake. Or find an interesting barn or beautiful flower garden for photos opportunities. Fit up to 200 people, depending on your seating needs and dance floor options, in the 2000-square-foot barn for an amazing reception, with natural sunlight coming in for wonderful ambiance. We have worked with several local vendors, including , EZE Party Rental, Nine Zero Three Photography, The Jacksons Photography, and more, who are all familiar with our unique space and would love to help plan your event. The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening.
