On the day of, Kylie checked in with me and my husband multiple times to see if we needed anything and to check if things were going as planned. The reception space (Wisconsin ballroom) we rented was so beautiful as well and the food was AMAZING! “I used this venue as a caterer for my wedding in Burlington, WI. The food is PHENOMENAL. When we attended the tasting, I was blown away by how good everything was. My husband, who is a VERY picky eater, loved all the food we tried and said that the chicken alfredo was the best he'd ever eaten. The salad we chose (cranberry and goat cheese) was to die for. I would have just eaten that if I could have! Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Natalie was with me at the end of our journey, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. When questions arose about certain things, she always found the answer for me and got back to me in a timely manner. I never had questions that went unanswered and she constantly kept me in the loop with billing, options, etc. The staff who served our food on the day of our wedding, including the woman who worked with myself and my husband (I can't remember her name), were amazing. They were so helpful, made sure we had food to go home with, and that everything was up to our expectations. The ONLY downfall was they took our food when we got pulled out to take pictures for sunset, but I put that blame more on our coordinator than on the staff working for Tuscan Hall. We were able to get food back at the table and to take back to the hotel with us. If you are looking for a caterer (or a venue as their venue is also very beautiful), I would DEFINITELY recommend you look into them. They are also very reasonably priced in an industry that seems to prey on people getting married to add more money to the bill. Everything was fully explained and for the quality and quantity of food served, it was exceptionally reasonable.”
