Immerse yourself in the beauty of Iowa’s countryside. The sparkling white gambrel barn overlooks fields, timber and two ponds. Our temperature controlled Ballroom comfortably seats up to 320 guests, on the wooden farmhouse-tables and black cross-back chairs we provide. Every package includes ample day-before rehearsal AND decorating time, 6:00 am - midnight full access the day of, and time to return the day after to retrieve decor, rentals, food, personal times, and vehicles.

Located on Mt. Vernon Rd. SE in Cedar Rapids (10 minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids), our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to hold events for up to 250 guests. The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest. Old Oaks Winery has a tasting room and event space for more than 200.
