Seven Oaks Recreation offers an array of amenities to couples who rent the venue space. An on-site event team works with each couple to help design, organize, and implement a personalized event. Each function is supplemented by setup and cleanup services, which are provided by the staff. Couples can appropriate the venue's indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the furniture that accompanies those facilities. Furthermore, the lodge boasts a large kitchen that serves as an ideal space for caterers to prepare the wedding meal.

Back of the main lodge is our Coal Creek lounge which carries a large selection of local, craft, and domestic beers on tap and in bottles. Multiple options of wine, specialty mixed drinks and non-beer options are also available. Access to our outdoor lighted courtyard with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

The Main Lodge seats approximately 200 people. This space has sixteen-foot vaulted ceilings with natural knotty pine walls and large windows facing the ski slopes. The Conference Center comfortably seats 200 people and is attached to the Main Lodge. This space has vaulted ceilings with natural knotty pine walls, a fireplace and large windows facing the ski slopes. The Conference Center may be rented in addition to the Main Lodge.

    The Lodge at Seven Oaks in Boone, Iowa was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, Heidi and her team were incredibly easy to work with, always quick to respond to our questions and incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs as we tried to blend American and Croatian cultures. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious and warm environment that was the perfect setting for our celebration. We also really appreciated how affordable the venue was, allowing us to stay within our budget while still enjoying a gorgeous and high-quality space. Heidi and her team were also amazing on the day of, serving as the best hype team and handling any hiccups wonderfully, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy our special day. We cannot recommend The Lodge at Seven Oaks highly enough to any couples searching for the perfect wedding venue.

    The Lodge at Seven Oaks was pivotal in making my son's and his bride's special day amazing! Their communication was fantastic. They helped make sure we had thought of everything during the planning process and the whole thing was as smooth as could be!     Seven Oaks helped to make our wedding experience incredible. Compared to other venues we looked at, they included so much that made our day easier. We were thrilled to be able to have our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception all in one place along with an amazing set-up for getting ready the morning of. Their flexibility and customization for the set-up, bar, catering, and photography also made planning so much fun. With their help, we were able to make our wedding day feel like a true representation of us as a couple. I highly recommend Seven Oaks to any couple in the planning process.
