The Barn at Rock Creek offers an authentic farm setting and attention to detail. Our venue was created with a bride and groom in mind who love the simple things in life. The land that The Barn at Rock Creek is situated on was once the Dixie Evans farm owned and operated by the Henry family. It came to belong to the Ward family circa 1970 when Robert G. Ward, father of Mary Ward Padgett, bought the land and continued the tradition of farming soybeans and corn until 2012.

Since 2015, our brewery has been the perfect backdrop for hundreds of events including weddings, charity events, corporate functions, business networking and social celebrations! Ironclad Brewery is located in an historic building dating back to 1925 in Downtown Wilmington. The building was completely renovated in 2014, but we've maintained much of the character and integrity of the original building. Our brewers hand forge a wide range of craft beer and hard seltzers, using only the best ingredients available. In addition to our craft beer and seltzer creations, we also serve cider, wine, and spirits. ​

128 South is located in historic downtown Wilmington, North Carolina on the banks of the Cape Fear River. We offer a unique venue and reception space for your event. 128 South is located in the historic VonKampen Building and features one of the last great examples of a Victorian façade including the original stained glass windows. Some features include exposed heart-of-pine beams, hardwood floors throughout, and enormous bay windows with views of South Front Street.

The stunning white brick exterior is complemented by the fragrant jasmine that envelops the unique entrance, setting the stage for a tranquil + inviting atmosphere. As you step through the original famous haint blue double doors, the venue welcomes you with an elegant all white interior. Today, Warehouse on Water is a blank backdrop to bring your moments to life! The Jacobi Warehouse Building was established in 1856. This rugged structure was used to store building materials, hardware, cutlery, artillery, and agricultural equipment. Warehouse 1856 is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. Cobblestone streets and breathtaking river views are only the beginnings of the charm we offer.

Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'. Saint Thomas was the first Catholic church in Wilmington, built in 1847. Although no longer a church, this beautifully-restored venue in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington is listed on the National Historic Register.
