Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

As a kid, Rebecca could be found in the kitchen cooking with either her Mom or Grandma. Traveling to Albany was always a treat, as her favorite dish to eat was Nan's French toast. While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!

Since 2023, Ben Piscopo has specialized in serving crispy, gooey Alpine cheese scraped onto fresh baguette with seasonal accompaniments right in front of guests. Ben was raised in New England’s snowy mountains with a deep appreciation of Alpine cuisine. After visiting his grandmother’s birthplace in Switzerland, he sought to capture the essence of visiting the Alps through a decadent food experience.
