A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. The property can be arranged a number of ways to host large or small weddings. There are plenty of spaces for parties to move around on property, which offers lots of options and ideas. Best of all, we work with some of the best vendors in the business - wedding planners, caterers, bartenders, rentals, DJ's, photographer, videographers and more! Our property is unique in a number of ways, one being the opportunity to sleep at the estate after festivities. The home is equipped with beds to sleep 24 and can accommodate even more.
