About this venue

Passerine Hills is nestled in a picturesque setting on 200 acres of rolling hills. Luxury and serenity in an intimate setting. The estate was expanded and renovated with luxury additions including an inground seasonal heated pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball court, 3000sqft golf green and tee box, full sized tennis and basketball courts, pool & ping pong table, foosball, and a large treehouse decorated with lighting, offering unique country wedding photos. The property can be arranged a number of ways to host large or small weddings. There are plenty of spaces for parties to move around on property, which offers lots of options and ideas. Best of all, we work with some of the best vendors in the business - wedding planners, caterers, bartenders, rentals, DJ's, photographer, videographers and more! Our property is unique in a number of ways, one being the opportunity to sleep at the estate after festivities. The home is equipped with beds to sleep 24 and can accommodate even more.

Rain or shine, your scheduled event in this space is going to happen! We specifically planned outside gatherings in a covered intimate space.

Ample space for cocktail hour, social gathering, ceremony and more! You can make this space what you want it to be with the peace of mind, that weather will not effect your event! The covered poolside gathering area also features a gas grill, large marble counter space and a fridge. With outside lighting, it makes the space come alive and illuminating at night.

A luxury estate entirely renovated to host intimate wedding groups.

This space features a large kitchen, dining room, second dining area and several unique sitting areas for guests. Outside of the great room is a beautiful in ground pool, outside lounge area and awning for outside gathering rain or shine. Limited to 20 guests. Above that count, events and gatherings are booked outside.
