The Fairvue Adelicia Hayes Franklin Room at the Lakes location is stunning with floor-to-ceiling windows, cherry wood trimmings and an oversized fireplace. This room can accommodate 120 seated guests and 150 cocktail. The Fairvue Gathering Room provides a more open space with an expansive staircase, cherry wood bar, oversized fireplace, vaulted ceilings and ornate hanging lanterns. This room can accommodate 50 seated guests and 75 cocktail. The Fairvue Andrew Jackson Library is the most intimate space available at our Fairvue location for a variety of events from bridal showers to birthday parties and more. This room can accommodate 20 seated guests and 40 cocktail. The Fairvue Men’s and Ladies’ Club Rooms are equipped with all that you need to get ready for your big event. The Men’s Club Room features an attended bar, granite bathrooms, lockers and a large seating area. The Ladies’ Club Room features bar access, a beautiful sitting area, dressing room, two large mirrored areas, granite bathrooms and a sauna.

The Fairvue Courtyard is located on the shores of Old Hickory Lake with views of the 9th hole and the historic Antebellum-Era guest cottages. The Fairvue Courtyard area can be tented or left open-air and can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. The Fairvue Pool Pavilion is located on a peninsula on Old Hickory Lake. With breathtaking views of the lake, golf course and sunsets over the water, the Pool Pavilion is a wonderful location for your next event. The Fairvue Pool Pavilion can accommodate up to 400 guests. The Foxland Pool is located on the shores of Old Hickory Lake. With a covered bar area, spectacular views of Old Hickory Lake, and a hands on staff, your function is sure to be top notch. The Foxland Pool can accommodate 100 guests seated and up to 175 guests cocktail.
