“The pre ceremony was amazing, Paula made everything seamless for us. Ceremony day was absolutely perfect. However we’ve had constant troubles with getting our photos and copyrights to our photos. We went the next day to pick out our photos and that team said that we didn’t have any credit for the photo gallery OR our copyrights to 5 images. We picked and paid for the Cherish package which included these two things. Our wedding was 10/31/23 and as of mid november we still do not have those copyrights. We have emailed, called and done all the things we can do and still have not received the images. Everything up until this point was awesome but this is definitely something to watch out for.”
