Seminary Hill is an all-season flexible space that offers a distinctive venue to host your weekend wedding. Located 2 ½ hours northwest of NYC, our holistic apple and pear orchard and working cidery provide breathtaking views of the Catskills and the Delaware River Valley. We offer both indoor and outdoor settings. You may stage your ceremony on a high ridge overlooking the Delaware River or nestled among the apple and pear trees. You may serve lunch or dinner in our award-winning Tasting Room or our elegant Wedding Tent. Our Executive Chef Jack Tippett has created seasonal catering menus that pair perfectly with our ciders.Included in the wedding package are the Mountain House and Cottage, sleeping ten guests. Additional lodging for 50 guests is available at the Boarding House and two houses in Callicoon, the small town just down the hill that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Pocono Palms is a wedding and event venue located in Canadensis, PA, owned by two sisters. A former church, originally built in 1912, Pocono Palms is currently nearing the end of extensive renovations that began in the summer of 2019. Pocono Palms combines the rustic charm of the Pocono Mountains with lush greenery and modern lines, to create a memorable and unique oasis for couples looking for something different. The venue features a large outdoor garden, ceremony site and altar, and cocktail area. The indoor reception area is known for its stunning archways, lush greenery, black and white dance floor, and custom-built tables.

Crossed Keys Estate is a luxury wedding venue situated one hour outside of New York City in Andover, NJ. This lush property is nestled on 30+ acres of gardens, meadows, and old buildings that pay homage to its storied past. Brand new to the Estate is the Conservatory, a beautiful glass-enclosed building, that hosts the most magical cocktail hour! Crossed Keys Estate hosts weddings for 100 guests or more with a maximum of 275.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

When you choose Waterloo Village as the setting for your event, a portion of proceeds will go towards the preservation and restoration of the site.

Bello Giorno Estate also offers a separate 'Grooms Room' and Bridal Cottage for the wedding couple. Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format. Bar packages include our natural hard ciders along with New York State wine, beer, and spirits, as well as custom cocktails.

Our venue resides in the heart of historic downtown in the Hooven Building, right by the train station. In addition to our wines and cocktails, our full menu of à la carte cheeses, meats, breads, desserts, and more will be available to your guests.
