The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Formerly St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, originally built in 1850. The building was deconsecrated in 1974. That same year the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Featuring hand-painted murals, marble, stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, & a cobblestone courtyard, this spectacular venue made for an unrivaled setting for events. Christy Cafeo & her family were presented the opportunity to purchase The Bell Event Centre in 2008 & has been creating memorable events ever since.
