Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The exterior is mostly original and having your name in lights and our marquis is a timeless photo opportunity and great first impression when your guests arrive.

Formerly St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, originally built in 1850. The building was deconsecrated in 1974. That same year the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Featuring hand-painted murals, marble, stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, & a cobblestone courtyard, this spectacular venue made for an unrivaled setting for events. Christy Cafeo & her family were presented the opportunity to purchase The Bell Event Centre in 2008 & has been creating memorable events ever since. The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne. Lastly, there is plenty of room for dancing in front of our stage, surrounded by a gilded proscenium.
