Each of its two floors is impeccably decorated equipped with a full bar. The main floor, located on the third floor of the building, features a commercial-grade kitchen. The top floor features a stunning floor to ceiling retractable glass wall that vanishes to reveal the seamless flow between their indoor cocktail area and their outdoor terrace space. Their selection of lounge furniture, dining tables, and interior decor provides clients with an endless amount of arrangements to choose from. The flexibility of the space makes the venue suitable for private parties, fundraisers, corporate events (both intimate and large scale), and weddings. The venue can be rented in its entirety or each floor separately.

“We absolutely loved getting married at Loft Lucia on Saturday, July 27th! We had our ceremony and reception on-site inside and our cocktail hour upstairs on the rooftop for 70 guests. The space is incredible and is gorgeous in both the daylight, with tons of natural light, and at night (the lighting was perfect with just candles)! Rebecca and the Loft Lucia team made the entire process easy, and were very responsive and always extremely helpful. We are so happy with our decision and could not recommend Loft Lucia more!
