The kitchen includes a curated living room with a mix of vintage and new Mid-Century Modern furniture, free wifi, Sonos speakers, dual LG built-in wall ovens, electric countertop Whirlpool range, two reach-in LG refrigerator/freezers, tons of countertop space for prep and seating, and coffee/ wet bar. Equipped with all of the essential cooking tools and dining accessories. this bright kitchen studio is great for hosting a friends get-together, showers, meetings, family reunions and small intimate dinner parties.

Located on Chicago’s Northside in the beautiful Edgewater neighborhood, our pristine vintage firehouse, filled with rich wood, modern subway tile, and shiny tin ceilings, is the ideal venue for your next event! Our intimate venue comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests. Host your ceremony or cocktail hour in our lush, green garden space, and enjoy dinner in our vintage, rustic Engine Room. The Lytle House is the perfect space to gather and celebrate with up to ​80 of your closest family + friends. Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort. Focus on good food, good booze, and invite your favorite people to surround you as you celebrate your union.

RLM Studio is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. venue with 13-foot ceilings, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and ample space to gather and celebrate together! Our studio is the perfect space to come together to design and create visual content, host your next gathering, or host your business meeting! We are conveniently located just off 90/94 in the Irving Park neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from the Irving Park blue line and the Irving Park Metra Station.

River Room is a unique, multipurpose event space located on the North Branch of the Chicago River in Chicago’s North Center Neighborhood. We are a community oriented, fully customizable venue specializing in weddings, private and corporate functions, live events, gallery events, photo or video shoots, conferences, vendor fairs, markets, nonprofit events and fundraisers. ERIS was inspired by the eponymous Greek goddess notorious for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, thus creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls. These elements are balanced by warm furnishings and minimalistic decor for an elegant touch. Large terrace doors provide guests with access to the adjoining patio which can be opened if the weather conditions allow.
