Fox Hollow Farm by Landmark Event Co is a rustic 1940s manor in Issaquah, WA, featuring manicured gardens, rolling hills, and a charming barn. Located just 20 miles from downtown Seattle, the venue can accommodate 300 seated guests and 1,200 standing guests. The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is an elegant golf club located in Snoqualmie, Washington which only forty minutes east of Seattle. Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 225 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

Built in 1896 and renovated in 2020, our historical church is a fantastic venue for your weddings and events! The interior boasts 16 vintage pews, piano, pulpit, bathroom, two dressing rooms, and 10 double hung windows. Reception allowed with permission from the City. Food and alcohol not allowed.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

The Clubhouse is available to rent for private events, parties, off-sites and much more. You can rent the entire space or rent just the ballroom or the conference room. We have AV equipment and a selection of tables and chairs as well as a fully functioning kitchen. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.

The House Then Designed by Daniel Riggs Huntington, a well respected Seattle architect, this replica of George Washington's beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. Employed as the City of Seattle architect from 1912 until 1921, Huntington also designed the Fremont library branch, the Lake Union Steam Plant, several fire stations and the Washington Street Boat Landing. While the Chapter House was "purpose built" as a meeting place, the membership always intended their hospitality to extend to the community in the form of a venue for private, public and non-profit events. The House Now Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, we continue the mission of our visionary founders by offering our house for events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings, memorial services to auctions, baptisms to retirement parties.

The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. The venue accommodates 175 seated guests and 200 standing. Herban Feast provides award-winning catering at all our venues, delivering exceptional food and service customized to your event for a seamless experience.

The Kirkland Woman's Club is located across from Kirkland City Hall in their original historic building. In its early days, the building also housed the original Kirkland Library and a Baby Wellness Clinic. It is listed on the State of Washington Historical Register and the National Registry of Historic Places, as well as the King County Historic Preservation Program. In addition to providing a gracious setting for our various Club activities, the facility is available to rent for such functions as wedding receptions, memorial services, or recurring business meetings. It accommodates up to 99 guests, and features a concert-sized Steinway grand piano, perfect for music recitals or receptions.
