Built in 1896 and renovated in 2020, our historical church is a fantastic venue for your weddings and events! The interior boasts 16 vintage pews, piano, pulpit, bathroom, two dressing rooms, and 10 double hung windows. Reception allowed with permission from the City. Food and alcohol not allowed.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

The Gardens was designed to enhance the natural flow of already existing landscapes, from large rocks to the pond, and to preserve the trees that have stood for so long. Views of Mt. Rainier, 100-year-old cedar trees, waterfalls, and stone pathways throughout the Gardens invites guests to explore the beauty of the PNW. In 2008, Rock Creek Gardens hosted its first official wedding and now has thousands of guests from all over the world visit each year.

Orting Manor is a newly renovated, french country inspired, rustic-style wedding venue located in Orting WA, with a stunning view of Mt. Rainier. The Manor is rich in history, guests can admire the original architectural design while appreciating the modern touches we thoughtful infused into the remodel. Our venue is perfect for hosting your wedding, special events, family and friends.

The Ruston Chapel provides a romantic and intimate setting for your special event. The gothic style arched windows, elegant chandeliers, and glowing fireplace give it the classic charm of yesteryear. Just blocks away, you can capture your memories with world-class photography settings such as the rose gardens in Point Defiance Park or vantage points that overlook the breathtaking Commencement Bay.

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Fox Hollow Farm features two country estate settings located in the foothills of Issaquah’s mountains, just 30 minutes outside of downtown Seattle. Manicured gardens, wooded hills, a rustic barn and trickling creek surround the historic 1940s manor, available for overnight stays for you and your guests. Fox Hollow is a working farm growing produce and herbs year-round for the Landmark farm-to-table catering program. These crops provide delicious, locally grown produce for our seasonal menus.

The Clubhouse is available to rent for private events, parties, off-sites and much more. You can rent the entire space or rent just the ballroom or the conference room. We have AV equipment and a selection of tables and chairs as well as a fully functioning kitchen. We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.

The Ruins is a whimsical venue hidden in plain sight, in the heart of Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. For several decades, the Ruins was known as Seattle’s best kept secret, hosting private dinners and wild parties for its members. The Ruins boasts a maximalist aesthetic and is full of surprises big and small, including an antique life-size animatronic elephant built in 1931 for the Paris World Exhibition. The Ruins has a unique ability to take guests to another time and place, making them forget what lies on the outside. This makes it the perfect backdrop for imaginative parties where no idea is too crazy.

The House Then Designed by Daniel Riggs Huntington, a well respected Seattle architect, this replica of George Washington's beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. Employed as the City of Seattle architect from 1912 until 1921, Huntington also designed the Fremont library branch, the Lake Union Steam Plant, several fire stations and the Washington Street Boat Landing. While the Chapter House was "purpose built" as a meeting place, the membership always intended their hospitality to extend to the community in the form of a venue for private, public and non-profit events. The House Now Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, we continue the mission of our visionary founders by offering our house for events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings, memorial services to auctions, baptisms to retirement parties.
