Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance. Weddings can be hosted in the chapel, outdoors, or in our elegant reception hall, offering versatile options for any occasion.

The estate includes a versatile and elegant venue ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinner, and parties boasting stunning mountain views for outdoor options. Extended space includes a 30’ x 40’ deck and 16’ x 80’ pavilion that can be used as a lounge, cocktail hour, etc., a beautiful bridal suite and stately groom suite. The farmhouse boasts four bedrooms, three 1/2 bathrooms, a cozy living area with fireplace, and a modern kitchen, available as Air BnB; sleeps 12.
