Our best and most memorable days have been spent along the shores, out in the water, and under the stars while celebrating family time together. With a love for classic, stately beauty... and a vision of grandeur, Danise Smith, and daughter Breann Ashford purchased the property at I Street in Bentonville. Their passion for bringing life and excitement back into older things manifested with the renovation process as they created a grand bridal suite and party room in the 1930s home. Plans to build Bentonville's newest event venue and bridal party house began in August of 2014. While the Northwest Arkansas area offers a variety of more rustic, chic venues, the owners felt there was a great need for something polished, grand, and simply... white. The Ballroom at I Street is a venue that enables the bride and groom to personalize every aspect of their special day without the dictation of patterned walls and the distraction of colorful carpeting.

Under the Woods Event Center was created when our eldest son and future daughter-in-law were searching for a location wedding. Our family realized we had the perfect location and beautiful acreage on our rolling Ozark hills to build a gorgeous event venue that would be perfect for their fit event and many future events. We designed a climate controlled barn conveniently located on Highway 71 in Jane, Missouri, one mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Our venue has a art deco vibe from the marble floors to the built in bars, we have the capability to show movies, both indoor and outdoor covered spaces. Lots of perks come with our space from ceremony and reception chairs and tables, to ice machine, bars, in house speakers, custom acoustic paneling and more.

The Atrium is a modern venue located 5 minutes off Hwy 65 near Branson, Mo. Panoramic views of the Ozark Mountains are the perfect backdrop for your big day and the clean, modern interior is sure to wow your guests.
