Rocky Top Falls is a new picturesque wedding venue situated on a private 10-acre peninsula in Fairfield Bay, AR. Boasting majestic views of Greers Ferry Lake and the Ozark Mountains, this inviting destination welcomes all sorts of nuptial-related gatherings. From intimate events to small-sized weddings. The property will comfortably accommodate up to 100 of your event guests and 14 overnight guests in our 3,500 square foot home. For your ceremony and reception site, an idyllic outdoor area consisting of a lush grassy lawn, towering trees, and stunning lake views is Rocky Top’s specialty offering. These surroundings ensure the backdrop to your wedding is unforgettable. Multiple places throughout the property offer spectacular settings for your various photoshoots, such as the property’s seasonal creek leading to a private two-story waterfall, named Rocky Top Falls. Most areas are wheelchair accessible for you and your guests' total peace of mind.

The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new hot tub, fireplace and finished basement. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Large event parking.

This package includes a ceremony area, multiple reception spaces with lake views, and private access to the two-story “Rocky Top Falls.” Accommodations include a 4BR guest house, bridal suite, and space for up to 75 guests. The venue is dog-friendly, as well as wheelchair accessible. Additional nights and weekdays available upon request.

Couldn’t pick a better venue
We just had our wedding weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. For a wedding venue or even just a great spot to host a get together, it’s everything you could need. The house is beautifully decorated and comfy. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, I can’t say enough great things about Rocky Top Falls!

We had a DREAM WEDDING EXPERIENCE at Rocky Top Falls!! We recently had our wedding at Rocky Top Falls and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The venue is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. It made for the perfect backdrop for the wedding and reception. The owners are incredibly attentive, professional and kind. They ensured every detail was taken care of which took away some stress from our big day. From our initial tour down to the last second cleaning up we were blown away by the beauty and kindness that we received. We are incredibly thankful to have found Rocky Top Falls along with the people affiliated with this venue.

Rocky Top Falls was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The owners helped make us feel welcome and valued. The venue itself could not have been more perfect, with beautiful, natural views that provided a peaceful and relaxing backdrop for our ceremony. We were able to exchange our vows in front of God's beautiful creation, dedicating our hearts to one another in a quiet, luxurious setting. The overall experience and value at Rocky Top Falls exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a gorgeous and serene location. The fact that we got to stay there for almost a week made it a perfect little getaway.

Rocky Top Falls was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful in ensuring all of our needs were met. On the day of the wedding, they made sure we didn’t run into any last minute issues. The venue itself was beautiful, and could not be more peaceful and relaxing. From the beautiful lake view, to the hot tub, we were able to truly relax and soak in the weekend. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy the space the day before and after the wedding as well. I can't recommend Rocky Top Falls enough. If you're looking for an stress-free venue with the best view in the state, this is the place!
