Hey!  I'm Brandi, the founder of Epic Events!  I started planning events over 17 years ago with my own wedding, then weddings and events for family and friends.  Unfortunately, I didn’t hire an Event Planner/Coordinator for my wedding years ago.  Everything was beautiful!  However, it wasn't until a couple years later when I was looking through wedding pictures that I realized that I didn't get a single picture of just me and my mom.  To this day that saddens me.  This is why I'm so passionate about coordinating weddings, to ensure no bride has regrets from their wedding.

Our venue is on a 62-acre private, park-like setting accommodating both indoor and outdoor weddings and other special events located only 25 minutes south of Memphis, TN. The grounds of Wynnewood will accommodate any style of outdoor ceremony boasting open meadows, a beautiful pond, a Wisteria-covered gazebo, and many acres of woods with groomed walking trails for a lovely forest wedding.

I was born and raised in Oxford, Mississippi -- hotty toddy forever! I attended Delta State University after graduating high school in 2016 where I met my husband, Logan Myles. Founded in 2013, Mallard’s Croft (Scottish for “small farm”) is a 600 acre farm a few miles south of Collierville, TN, just below the state line in Mississippi. We hosted our first wedding in the renovated barn in the January 2014. Hosting events and making them unique is our driving passion. Decades of reclaiming wood and bricks from historic buildings has allowed us to use reclaimed antique wood and materials in all of the buildings at Mallard's Croft.

When I started photography I felt almost embarrassed that I was doing something, that at the time, seemed so cliche. I knew I had a lot of growing to do as a photographer and I was eager to learn. After a lot of prayers, I put my work out in the world to be critiqued and judged. I had a few critics but mostly, I had support and encouragement. All of a sudden I started receiving inquiries for engagements and graduation sessions. People actually wanted to pay me for doing something I love to do. It was like getting paid to go to the beach! Then, Helena Kaye Photography was created.

DJ Wes a.k.a. Wesley Flint has been entertaining people all his life. From a very young age, Wesley has enjoyed the thrill of being on the big stage. Entertaining others is what he loves to do. Some of Wesley’s earliest memories of this ‘entertainment bug’ occured during the early 70’s while he was growing up in Florida. He would pull open the front curtains of his home and put on skits while the neighborhood kids would watch from the front yard. Please don’t think that this means Wesley has to be the center of attention (wink, wink). This really is not the case.
