PampaParty Dried Florals

5.0

  • Starts at $1,000
  • Serves Herald, CA

Since 2019, I’ve been passionate about working with pampas grass and dried florals to bring creative visions to life. I love how these natural elements can transform a space and create a timeless, elegant atmosphere. With a love for decorating and a focus on crafting custom pieces, I’m dedicated to making every wedding or event I work on truly memorable. My goal is to help couples achieve their dream aesthetic with beautifully handcrafted pampas grass arrangements and boho-inspired dried florals.

Sue was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding decor! She created the most stunning pampas grass arch arrangements and centerpieces that perfectly captured the boho style we wanted. From our very first conversation, Sue listened to our ideas and provided expert guidance on how to bring everything together. Her creativity and passion truly shined through in every detail. The arch was a showstopper—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful it was! And the pampas grass centerpiece tied everything together, adding that natural, elegant touch to our reception. Sue’s dedication and personalized approach made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our big day. If you’re looking for unique, handcrafted decor and someone who genuinely cares about making your wedding vision come to life, look no further than Sue! We are so grateful for her help in making our day truly unforgettable!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.8

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Herald, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!

Bloom Culture: Do-it-Yourself Wedding Flowers was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first inquiry, their communication was prompt, kind, and professional. They answered all of my specific questions with personal responses, making the DIY flower process so easy and stress-free. The quality of their work was consistent, thorough, and truly showed how much they cared about making our day special. We saved so much money going the DIY route with Bloom Culture, and it allowed us to create so many wonderful memories putting the arrangements together with our wedding party. I highly recommend Bloom Culture to any couples looking for a reliable, affordable, and caring florist for their wedding. I wanted to do my own flowers to honor my grandmother who was a florist. She passed a few months before the wedding and I just know she would have absolutely loved it and we got to honor her in this way.
