I had the pleasure of working with Hope Lodge Venue recently as a wedding photographer and I can say they are a fantastic choice . Their communication style is incredibly responsive, helpful, and enthusiastic - they go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of. Great quality of work for a the value ; the venue is open, clean, bright, and airy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding or big event . One memorable example was when the staff dressed up along with the Gatsby-themed wedding, truly immersing themselves in the couple's vision. My only suggestion would be for them to potentially expand their parking area in the future, but overall, Hope Lodge Venue is an excellent option for couples seeking a beautiful, well-managed wedding venue and one they could decorate and make their own.

Working with Erika and her wonderful staff at Foxwoods was an absolute pleasure and joy. I was surprised when a client hired my company MNE Events, and said their wedding was at Foxwoods. I didn't even know they did them there. I am so glad I got to be there, because it was a magical night. Everything ran smooth and the food was amazing. Can't wait for another opportunity to perform there again. Definitely a 5 star venue and experience.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at The Hills Labor Day weekend of 2022. The venue is beautiful and perfectly manicured. The new pergola was a nice touch. The reception space is beautiful from the minute you walk in the doors. The views in the main room are stunning and breathtaking. The gold chairs and high ceilings make the room feel very grand and are a great setting for a wedding. Frank was very accommodating to all our requests. Allison was amazing- she anticipated and exceeded our needs and wants from the early stages of planning to providing helpful updates during the party. Everything ran smoothly and was handled eloquently. The staff was attentive and friendly. The Bartenders were smiling all night long. All my guests were complimenting the delicious food and gorgeous venue. The bridal suite was perfect for me and my wedding party to gather ourselves before the ceremony. The aesthetic and decor was very modern and clean. I had the best time at My wedding and I’m very Grateful to The Hills management & staff for providing the perfect space for us to celebrate with our loved ones. 10/10 highly recommend!

In addition to the staff, the venue and surrounding area speaks for itself. As a videographer, having a venue that has beautiful surroundings and visually pleasing areas is a MUST. TPC has a beautiful ceremony site that overlooks the stunning fairways of their golf course with trees, lakes, and gorgeous sunsets. These views double as the perfect spot to take couples for portraits and family sessions. The overall experience that you will find at TPC is unmatched and I am always excited when I see their name on my wedding schedule.

Weeks later, we're still absolutely gushing over the Mansion! It was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We had the pleasure of working with Alexandra(Alex) we could not have asked for a better person! Alex knew all of our family members and bridal party’s names, and was extremely personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all night. She brought me a snack before the ceremony and continuously brought me my water all day and night (without me asking)They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout your entire day and their top notch team(along with our caterer David Alan) ensured that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. In the early stages of planning we worked with Jessica Hess and she is extremely helpful and communicative. The mansion truly felt like home for the day. We hosted our ceremony on the vista , cocktail hour was on the terrace, and we had dinner in the East ballroom. Guests were in awe of the estate (we also lucked out with absolutely perfect weather), and how every detail was perfectly executed. Our special day was truly a dream and felt like it was out of a movie! We could not recommend the Wadsworth Mansion enough, and can't wait to return for future celebrations. It's definitely well-worth the investment and would 10/10 recommend hosting your special day here! Hotel Providence was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue. I loved moving from room to room, having a dance floor away from space for folks to have coffee and dessert, and to be able to walk upstairs at the end of the night. We loved having our wedding at the Ballroom at Providence G! The space was very upscale and elegant. It looked fantastic in photos, and it felt great in person too. We also really enjoyed working with the staff at the venue. We worked hand-in-hand with several different people, and each person was organized, kind, and detail-oriented. And even though we talked with multiple people throughout the planning process, everything was very cohesive and all of our requests were honored (with no exceptions whatsoever). We also enjoyed having our cocktail hour on the Rooftop at the Providence G. The vibes up there were immaculate, and we also loved the appetizers and drinks. Additionally, we received several compliments from our guests on the location. Everyone took advantage of how the venue is in the heart of downtown Providence to spend some time enjoying the city. We loved our wedding here!

We LOVED having our wedding at Machines with Magnets. Everything about the night and the planning was absolutely seamless. We got compliments all night (and still to this day) that the drinks were the best our guests had ever had. The cocktails are that of a thoughtful bar program — not just a wedding venue. The same goes for furniture, art, and ambience. If you're looking to avoid the generic wedding venue vibe, look no further. Machines with Magnets is the type of place you want to go grab a drink or hang out for the night — not a large wedding venue created to churn and burn events. We loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors from all over, rather than having to stick to a small list. There's also a beautiful apartment attached to the venue that we chose to add-on, which was a great thing to have to get ready and store our belongings. Would highly recommend using the projector!

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish! We’re so glad we chose to host our wedding at Hotel Viking. Everyone at Hotel Viking was respectful, kind, and professional with every interaction. We held our wedding ceremony in Kay Chapel, which is a nondenominational chapel now owned by the hotel. It was beautiful. We then had our cocktail hour in the Thames Room and our reception in Bellevue Ballroom. Linda from Hotel Viking answered every question, accommodated every special request, and supported us the whole way through. As I was getting ready to walk down the aisle, I was psyched to have her nearby. All of our guests LOVED the food and expressed that the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a blast and felt like it was truly our dream wedding. Guests had a blast, too. The bridal party had an enormous suite to get ready in and it allowed the hair and makeup to spread out and still left room for the girls to gather, take photos, eat, drink, and lounge. We definitely recommend Hotel Viking!

Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at GrandView in April 2024. Our choice of this venue was one of the best decisions that we ever made! The food was wonderful – I received comments from guests that the food was hot when it arrived at their table. It was a “wow” moment when they opened the doors to the dining room – the room was stunning. Our guests were so impressed by the ladies room that they took pictures in there – I’ll leave it to you to visit the venue to find out why. Another popular place for our guests to take pictures was in front of the champagne wall. Erin, our coordinator, ensured that the event went flawlessly – she was such a pleasure to work with! GrandView staff even packed up our car for us at the end of the night. You will know exactly how much the event will cost you when you sign the contract because the wedding cake, provided by an Italian bakery, and the open bar are included in the price provided. To quote many of our guests, the reception was “phenomenal”.

The venue had a few hiccups, but overall we had a lovely reception there. The outdoor space was the highlight - truly gorgeous for photos. Communication on coordination was a bit spotty at times, but the maître d', Sergio, was a god send and stepped in to ensure things flowed smoothly. The food was phenomenal, as well! So many of our guests shared it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. We did have both our bridal attendants provided by the venue disappear on us shortly after we arrived, which was inconvenient since we would have paid for our own attendants if we knew that would be the case. While parts of the indoor space is dated, it worked out beautifully with some creative decor. When weighing everything in, the Woodwinds was a spectacular venue!
