From the stained glass windows to the working bell, we've brought this historic gem back to her former glory. The property where the church is located was purchased in May of 1886 as the First Ave Methodist - Episcopal Church. The bell tower was donated and built in 1888, with a bell brought from a foundry in Boston. Providing beautiful views of rolling prairie, the gorgeous event barn is perfect for weddings of up to 180 guests. Located just 25 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! Our venue package includes the entire weekend where you check in on Friday and check out on Sunday, giving you two nights and three days to relax and have a stress-free wedding. Also, if you prefer to have your wedding on a different day than Saturday, we are flexible in adjusting your big day so you will still get the 2 nights / 3 days with us. You will be staying in our rustic and romantic honeymoon log cabin suite filled with antiques from Yorkshire, England.

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

Great outdoor space in a magical wooded glen of trees and lights - adjacent is a 40X60 covered wedding pavilion with a fire pit - all set in a secluded, wooded area with large open fields, as well. Couples may have their ceremony in a wide open field surrounded with trees - totally private - or in the Glen, a magical forest of trees with a stone path.

We are on the bluff, looking over the valley with great views. Far from the hustle and bustle of town. We are very different from most venues. We only host 25 weddings a year. We want each bride and groom to have the time and not rushed on the most magical day of their lives.

Ridge Rose is a truly unique wedding venue located in Northwest Georgia in the Chattanooga Valley just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
