Our microvenue includes the coveted Greenhouse for intimate ceremonies. We also have the outdoor Rose arch blanketed by a luscious landscape and beautiful trees. Our 62x60 signature black and white barn has concrete floors and chandelier lighting with a caterers kitchen and bathrooms. We have a bridal suite and grooms suite. A pavilion is also attached for outdoor entertaining. We have two ceremony sites on the farm. Our sought after greenhouse can accommodate 35 people. Our garden arbor can accommodate our maximum capacity of 50 people. With your rental, you have access to our decor closet. We also have a guest house that houses 4 that can be used for your wedding party.

Our expansive property of 170 wooded acres was purchased by the owners in 2019 and we began hosting weddings in 2020. The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

Great outdoor space in a magical wooded glen of trees and lights - adjacent is a 40X60 covered wedding pavilion with a fire pit - all set in a secluded, wooded area with large open fields, as well. Couples may have their ceremony in a wide open field surrounded with trees - totally private - or in the Glen, a magical forest of trees with a stone path.

We are on the bluff, looking over the valley with great views. Far from the hustle and bustle of town. We are very different from most venues. We only host 25 weddings a year. We want each bride and groom to have the time and not rushed on the most magical day of their lives.

Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
