We're a Bavarian-inspired 12,000 sq ft log building surrounded by trees and woodland trails - away from the hustle and bustle. From the Great Hall with its dramatic stone fireplace and herringbone wood floors to The Cliffs where outdoor drama is all around in the cliffside waterfall, boulders and trees, Timber Rock Lodge will be an amazing backdrop for your special day! “We have curated a garden oasis so you can get lost in your moment.” Moser Manor Farms is nestled on six acres in the heart of Hixson Tennessee, although we are just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. Our microvenue includes the coveted Greenhouse for intimate ceremonies. We also have the outdoor Rose arch blanketed by a luscious landscape and beautiful trees. Our 62x60 signature black and white barn has concrete floors and chandelier lighting with a caterers kitchen and bathrooms. We have a bridal suite and grooms suite. A pavilion is also attached for outdoor entertaining. We have two ceremony sites on the farm. Our sought after greenhouse can accommodate 35 people. Our garden arbor can accommodate our maximum capacity of 50 people. With your rental, you have access to our decor closet. We also have a guest house that houses 4 that can be used for your wedding party.

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up, and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to the bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes Bluetooth sound system with microphones. This also includes any in-house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2025 pricing is $3500 for a Saturday date and $3000 for a Friday or Sunday date. $2000 Monday-Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1500.

Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
