The Mobile Scoop Shop serves up hand-scooped frozen goodness from an attractive visual display cart, our Tuxedo ("Tux") service van, or our re-purposed 1981 fire rescue truck ("Que). Bri is our head charcuterie artist and she creates decadent charcuterie boards, fruit platters and desserts that are fit for any occasion. She creates beautiful food compositions with high quality ingredients. Grazing tables can also include any theme or food type. We also make specialty desserts and dipped chocolate treats.
