Honeysuckle was co-founded in 2017, but as of 2021, I have been (wo)manning this ship as a sole proprietor, and it has been a crazy and delightful journey! I have over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and a degree in hospitality management from the lovely Lane Community College.

I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. Welcome to Sip and Social! We bring the sips to you with our mobile slushy cart to serve a variety of frozen cocktails and mocktails. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well! From Piña Coladas and Margaritas to Frozen Lemon Drops and Whiskey Cokes, we have a slushy for everyone! Any of our flavors can also be made non-alcoholic too if you don't drink or have guests that don't. Booking the Sip and Social cart is a special experience your guests will remember forever!
