What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. Melissa Albano has been creating cakes for the last 30 years. It started with her watching her grandmother and being so intrigued she eventually started teaching herself the art of cake. She started out by making family cakes, eventually sharing them on social media. Within months a family business turned into a full time business. Cakes by Melissa has created artisinal cakes for the last 15 years. From H.S prom cupcakes, to a shed made for Tanglewood, to large corporate orders, to the most intricately designed wedding cake. It has been her passion for years, and shows in each and every cake or dessert she makes.

I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. I use only the highest-quality ingredients and always emphasize both design and taste. I would love to work with you to make your cake one of the most memorable and beautiful parts of your wedding!

I am a catering pastry shop out of North Adams MA. I make everything fresh to order, therefor advanced notice is required. Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
