The New Holland Parlor wedding venue is a historical building located in Gainesville, Ga meant for a couple searching for a venue that is simply like no other. Family owned since 1931, Red Gate Farms is just 6 miles from historic downtown Savannah. Offering an authentic Barn venue and an industrial venue, The Grainery. The Barn holds up to 150 guests and The Grainery up to 200. The Belle Tower is a Southern home in the middle of the farm. It included with the Grainery as dressing rooms for weddings. The Belle Tower can also be rented for events with up to 60 guests. Smaller venues are also available for rehearsal dinners and private events. We also offer elopement packages for 10 or 20 guests.

Victory North was constructed in an ice factory built in the early 1900s. It possesses Savannah’s historic and charming appeal while providing all of the modern conveniences in technology and style. 1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.
