“I had the most beautiful bouquet for my City Hall civil ceremony, but no firm plans for the bouquet post-wedding. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. We worked with Patrick, who was an absolute doll and was so helpful and kind to the two of us who know zero things about flowers. I could not believe how gorgeous my bouquet was, and how gorgeous our centerpieces were. The bridesmaids bouquets also completely exceeded all of my expectations. When we had an issue with our arbor, the team was able to quickly adjust and make sure our ceremony was decorated beautifully and you never would have known that it was plan B. they are an easy recommendation in our book!”
