We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

Centre Park of West Chester is a brand new and modern event and banquet facility, including a wedding chapel, hotel, restaurant and bar. The multifunctional chapel features beautiful accents to make the room radiant for any ceremony or event. THE GEM by Christopher's is a full-service venue for weddings, receptions, parties, business meetings, and much more. Rentals or Turn-Key solutions. For many years, the space was also home to a former banquet hall, according to The GEM owners, husband and wife, Dave and Erika Krites of Centerville.

Merci is an open space dedicated to special events and weddings. We have a capacity of 150 guests seated. Guests can bring their own catering and decor services or book services through the venue. We are located in Springdale, Ohio with onsite parking. Amenities include a prep kitchen recessed lighting and wifi.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Originally constructed in 1859 from handmade bricks, this timeless chapel has laid witness to countless partners taking their first steps as a married couple. Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.
