Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. We also offer DIY Reception packages if you already have your vendors chosen.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. From there, Karrikin Spirits Company was formed — a full-service, grain to glass distillery producing handcrafted spirits, sparkling spirits, non-alcoholic sodas, and beer.

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

Inspired by the airy tranquility of the California desert, west coast vibes, and a little Palm Springs glam, this 11,000 square foot industrial beauty has been transformed into a celebration destination only 10 miles east of downtown Cincinnati. To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. The open space includes exposed rafters, polished concrete floors, and extra large windows for natural light. We’ve layered in modern amenities and elegant lighting.

Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The exterior is mostly original and having your name in lights and our marquis is a timeless photo opportunity and great first impression when your guests arrive.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.
