“Hudson Valley Brewery was a fantastic venue for our rehearsal dinner. The staff was incredibly professional and very helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our fluctuating guest list. The venue itself was beautiful and clean, providing the perfect backdrop for our rehearsal dinner. The catering from their recommended vendor, The Daily Beacon, served up delicious wood-fired pizza that our guests raved about. And of course, the beer selection from Hudson Valley Brewery was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate. Highly recommended!”

Here at Mill Creek Caterers we are a private venue. Therefore, you will not share the venue with other weddings or events during your own wedding. Also, depending on the size of your wedding you can have access to the two ballrooms we have here. Along with privacy, we have a beautiful on-site garden where we hold the ceremonies and an outside patio with a fire place. We offer a bridal suite for your wedding day so that the bride is able to touch up during the day. We are located right next to an Inn if guests need rooms close by.

“Mill Creek Caterers is one of my favorite venues to Dj at; It's a beautiful venue located in Hopewell Junction with an amazing staff. I have deejayed numerous events there including weddings, holiday parties, birthday celebrations and more. Each time I'm impressed by the staff, the food and how smooth the night flows. There are two floors that are easily accessible from multiple locations, which is a huge plus for a dj unloading and loading equipment. Also the venue has separate areas that allow for guest to transition from each room to the other during cocktail/reception. I highly recommend Mill Creek Caterers. Working with Joan, Carissa & the entire staff has been very smooth with great communication and response time. They are professional, easy to work with and most importantly very prompt. Every time I had a question or needed help they were always ready to assist. Every event has started on time and has flowed effortlessly.”

“My partner and I planned a wedding in less than 6 months at Buttermilk Falls. From the minute we stepped on the property, we knew we loved it. The grounds are so well kept, the event planners and staff are so friendly! There are several options for your big day and no hidden fees when working with the folks here. Our event planner Morgan was phenomenal. She kept us on track, checking in regularly and responding in a timely manner to our every small question. Once the time came for our wedding weekend, Buttermilk Falls exceeded our expectations. Our families loved our welcome event with freshly made pizza and the best charcuterie. The kids in our family loved exploring the grounds and seeing all the animals. Our wedding day was magical despite it raining precisely during our outdoor ceremony, and the barn was the perfect spot for our group of 75 to eat, drink, and dance the night away! THE FOOD AT BUTTERMILK FALLS IS ALSO PHENOMENAL. Truly cannot be said enough. The ingredients are fresh, the menus are thoughtful and the staff is incredible. I highly recommend this venue and would absolutely plan a wedding here again if I had to do it over. You will not be disappointed!”
