The original columns surround the newly installed custom black and white dance floor where your guests will dance the night away. Modern chandeliers installed overhead provide the perfect mood lighting for the evening.

We are very flexible, our packages are general on purpose, our goal is to collect all the details from you and then provide you with the services you want. You should have a stress free evening and enjoy the company of your guests, we collect the details up front and take care of the rest. We do not require deposits or lengthy contracts. We make it simple, pick your date, pick your room, work with us on developing your menu and decide if you want to offer your guests items from the bar area. We prefer to customize all beverage packages to match your budget and vision. We host over 200 wedding related events per year at Lucca, I as the owner will be your event guide and I stay with you from beginning to end. I will always answer or return your calls same day.

With a love for the Wedding Industry, local residents and business owners, Cathy & Ben Burnheimer, took over the property January 1, 2021. Maintaining the integrity of the 150 year old barn, the couple transformed the space to the beautiful venue it is today. Avenue in Sarver is the premiere place to host all of your special events.

Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.

The Stables at Connoquenessing was originally built in 1928 as part of the Spang Estate. What was once a working barn home to Belgian draft horses and Guernsey cows, has now been renovated into a rustic, yet elegant two-story event facility. During the 1950s, peacocks, chickens, ducks, and geese could be found roaming the portion of the property that is now occupied by a covered patio, well-kept landscaping, and ample green space that creates a beautiful natural setting for all of your future events. The two-story barn was renovated and reopened as a rustic, yet elegant event facility in 2017. A premier rustic venue space for your event. Originally the home of a functioning farm, the barn social has undergone a full renovation while maintaining the original rustic features. The barn features a chandelier in the main room that is constructed using old farming equipment, and the shiplap walls as well as the fireplace downstairs were both built using extra pieces of the original barn. These are just a few ways we have kept the original aesthetic of the space.
