Justin handled all of the audio for our wedding ceremony and has an amazing wireless, battery-operated set-up so there is no need to rely on a generator, which was great since we were outdoors on top of a mountain! He had a mic on the lapel of the groom and our officiant so that I, as the bride, did not have to worry about wearing one and between the two mics all of the ceremony audio (speech, vows, etc) was picked up flawlessly. At the reception, Justin had an awesome set up that looked super clean and modern but also had fun lighting to get the party going. He was an excellent MC for all of our big announcements and could perfectly read the crowd to keep the dance energy up. His wife, Lesley, was also wonderful as the photo booth attendant. I knew we would get copies of all the photos taken, but coming home with all the photos arranged in a guestbook signed by our guests was a nice touch! Highly recommend, they are a dream team.”

“Michael M. was the DJ for our wedding and was AMAZING. He was so funny and had a great energy when announcing us, getting the crowd dancing, and even joked with our family here and there (they loved it). He took our ideas for vibe/music and made great a playlist. We have been to events in the past where music flows awkwardly, or certain songs clear out the dance floor -- not with Michael! He was aware of the energy in the room and kept people having fun. He even kicked off a soul train that got allllll the parents dancing and laughing. He also had a unique idea for the anniversary dance, where it started with the couple who had been married the longest. My grandparents (married 62 years) got a lovely moment together dancing and I will cherish that memory forever!! Would recommend jammin djs -- especially Michael for any event!”

They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. “We loved working with the Music Man DJ Service leading up to and for our wedding on 10/12/24. The inquiry call was so thorough and helpful to start our planning process. Booking, pricing, and the planning tools were very clear and up front. The planning portal was SO helpful for those feeling overwhelmed by all the wedding decisions. We worked with DJ Shawn C and we cannot say enough good things about him. Our venue had a power outage day of and we had to completely pivot and change the day. He had a positive, calm attitude and rolled with the punches. We had to move to a new location after the ceremony and he did it seamlessly and quickly. We also had to completely change timing and order of our reception, and again he was able to touch base with us quickly and made it happen flawlessly. Our dance floor was packed and everyone had a blast. DJ Shawn truly helped the day come together, and we are thrilled he was our DJ. Can't recommend him enough!”
