Delivering an exceptional musical experience is always our top priority, and we are proud that we could achieve that on your special day. However, we also acknowledge the operational challenges and take your concerns seriously. We would like to provide clarification and context to address the specific issues you mentioned: Our delayed arrival on the day of your event was due to an unexpected road closure on NM HW 491 which made the drive hours longer than planned. This was entirely out of our control. Despite this, Dee and the team worked quickly to set up and have the necessary equipment ready so the ceremony could start on time. We acknowledge how our later-than-expected arrival resulted in unwanted stress, and to address this, we refunded you the full cost of the ceremony performance. Regarding the lodging, we fully refunded the cost of the Friday night as soon as we became aware of your concerns. While we understand the frustration caused by this miscommunication, we made every effort to rectify the situation. We value client feedback as it helps us improve. While we strive for perfection, we recognize there were areas in this instance where we could have done better.
