What a magnificent gem of a venue. Breathtaking views, super nice and easy to work with coordinator. What a great value to have the chairs, tables, and sound system included and options for the kitchen! The atmosphere with the wood floors, light options on the ceiling and back wall really made for a beautiful ambience. We feel blessed to have found this place!

DeeDee is an incredible owner - providing the best service and advice throughout not only your wedding day, but planning as well! We loved that Sadie Lake had such a large inventory of decor - we saved hundreds here! The bridal suite with beautiful natural light, large and accommodating groom’s suite, and the prep kitchen was a huge bonus. Now let’s talk about the grounds - DeeDee has created a beautiful venue. When we showed up for our tour, she was in gardening gloves and boots - we knew that she kept this place immaculate! Everything on the 18 acres is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for wedding photos! The barn is a beautiful backdrop, the lake is adorable, and the lush green grounds are to die for. The tent and barn provide great alternates for poor weather as well (we didn’t need it, but we were glad to have a backup, knowing Washington). Our guests absolutely loved partying it up at Sadie Lake! Deedee is the kindest vendor, and truly cares for you as a couple and the important part of your wedding day; that you love each other and are getting married!! We highly recommend Sadie Lake! We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!

The Ruins was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was fast, helpful and thorough, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and overall value was whimsical, beautiful and incredibly convenient. We loved the fact that the Ruins is an all-in-one experience with the venue, food and drinks all included. The event staff were incredible before, during and after our event, and we had so many guests come up to us both during and after the wedding gushing about how beautiful the space was and how delicious the food is - especially the braised beef with chimichurri sauce. I would highly recommend this magical venue to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.

We chose this venue for our micro wedding on Feb 11, 2022. It was just as magical, rustic and urban looking vibe as we expected. Although we had a micro wedding, the venue could easily fit a bigger party, and the entire ambience of the place is definitely buildable with customizations while keeping it authentic to the “ industrial chic” vibe. Danielle, the venue coordinator did an amazing job of decking up the venue and make it beautiful for our wedding. The venue has a pub/eatery next to it that can cater some delicious food. In short , the venue is a complete package!

We were lucky enough to be one of the first events in the Gatsby Ballroom! It was a fabulous evening for family and friends to get to know each other the night before our wedding. The food was incredible. We had Beef Wellington and Salmon as our main dishes and the guests raved about both. Many said it was the best salmon they had ever had! We had about 75 guests and the room was perfect. The bartender even had signature drinks that he came up with based on our personal taste. The staff was easy to work with and paid attention to every detail to make it a memorable night and the perfect start to our wedding weekend. We highly recommend using this venue for your upcoming events!
