Rustic Creek is an old School Gym from the 1920’s repurposed into a dream venue. Accommodations up to 300 and climate controlled. Rustic Creek provides round tables for seating and rectangle tables for head table/food area. The biggest plus to Rustic Creek is all weddings are a 48 hour rental, so no rush to get your big day set up or cleaned up!

We have space for 2 get ready rooms, honeymoon suites, ceremony space, reception, rehearsal dinner, and gift opening space. Our Mississippi Ballroom- This ballroom can cater any size group up to 300 guests. We offer buffet style or plating for you and your guests. I have attached a menu for your reference on packages, pricing, and menu choices. At Best Western Plus, we will do all the day of for you. Teamed up with our professional catering team, set up staff, and your personal marketing/sales team, we will make sure your day is as magical as it should be. The Best Western Plus marketing/sales team will help you design your perfect day with personal meetings and planning hand in hand with you. Please note, if you meet the food & beverage minimum, there is no room charge.

The Steeple Square Community Event Center is a venue located in historic downtown Dubuque, IA. This venue occupies a former church and now proudly stands as a historic landmark and a community minded nonprofit. Their venue is nestled just north of the lively Millwork District. The Steeple Square Community Event Center offers three versatile spaces to host your entire wedding day. Their stunning main hall is their largest and most iconic space to host your wedding, comfortably accommodating up to three hundred guests. New additions to their campus include their colorful outdoor plaza and their bright and industrial lower-level space. All three spaces can be mixed-and-matched to host ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (and more!) with precision and ease. Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. The floor to ceiling windows, large chandeliers, white brick and marble floors of the Magnolia room are always a crowd favorite. The HarMac Event Space resides in the historic Harper & McIntire building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ​Completed in 1922, the building was originally a warehouse and shipping facility for Harper & McIntire's industrial hardware. The company also procured their own line of hand-crafted tools, coined "HarMac" - thus, our shared name. In 2015, the property was purchased and restored to reflect its original industrial character and charm. The HarMac has been meticulously designed to showcase it's industrial roots and stunning proportions. The flexibility of this distinctive venue allows guests to enjoy it year-round, for many different uses, including weddings, private events, corporate functions, and more.

Located in the iconic Smulekoff's building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Eastbank is unlike any other urban venue throughout Eastern Iowa. Since our origin on October 12, 1894, the Waterloo Elks Lodge 290 has established itself as a charitable organization throughout our long and prestigious history. By incorporating the four stations of fidelity, brotherly love, charity and justice, the Waterloo Elks have played and will continue to play an active role in the community and Elkdom. As a nonprofit, all money we raise supports veterans, youth and community. The Elks purchased this property in 1917 from the Julian Richards estate. The building was one of the finest oil residences in the city, being well-constructed and large enough to accommodate the lodge temporarily. The building was remodeled to accommodate a ballroom; members bar and card room and billiard room. In the basement there were four bowling alleys, a gymnasium, grill, kitchen and serving pantry, along with showers, lockers and the boiler rooms. The building was dedicated with a cornerstone in 1924, the year the Elks started using it as their Lodge.
