Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Built for the Richard S. Willis family in 1854. Hodge Podge Lodge was originally called "Melrose" in memory of an estate owned by his ancestors in Scotland. The home started as a four room, story and a half house with a detached kitchen. Throughout the house, one can trace the outline of the original footprint by noticing the wide plank flooring in the parlor, formal dining room and library. During the civil war era the massive lawn, with huge oak and pecan trees, quickly became a favorite place for many young people in town for picnics and family gatherings. Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.

The town of Navasota was founded in 1854 and the tracks brought the railroad by 1859. One of the first buildings built here was a hotel, built by Ms. Louisa Loftin. She was quite the ambitious widow for a woman during the late nineteenth century. Conflicting research shows the hotel was either built as early as 1860 or as late as 1876. She soon met and married P. A. Smith and the hotel bore his name. At first, the railroad brought a great number of patrons, but, unfortunately, the Civil War brought the economy of Navasota as well as the success of the hotel, down, after only a few years.

“Oak Tree Manor,” as it was originally called, sits on its historic site on Spring Stuebner Road and is surrounded by century-old oak trees, some more than two hundred years old. Today, Oak Tree Manor and its majestic oaks continue to overlook the weddings of countless couples as they take the first few steps of their married lives. The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

NoPo — an acronym for North Post Oak, which is designed to describe the emerging neighborhood that sits east of Spring Branch, north of the Galleria and west of Timbergrove — was termed by Berg Hospitality Group owner and founder, Benjamin Berg. The Houston-based restaurateur's most recent concept, NoPo Café, Market & Bar, will be an all-day concept serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a market designed to provide staples to nearby residents.
