About this venue

The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Great place to have a event… Very nice and clean venue with enough space for any event… they are very professional And attentive to their clients… can’t wait to go back

$95 a hour!! We add on a one time cleaning fee of $75 to each event.

$150 an hour Plus a $75 one time cleaning fee for each event.

Most definitely what RTA certified bartender will have to pour your drinks along with a security guard will have to be on premises at the venue. Our TABC certified bartender is at an additional cost of $35 per hour. Our security service is an additional $40 an hour.

Yes, we provide 9. 60 inch round tables, 65 chairs and nine black linens,

Yes, most definitely but you will have to rent that time too.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main doors.
