Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up, and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to the bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes Bluetooth sound system with microphones. This also includes any in-house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2025 pricing is $3500 for a Saturday date and $3000 for a Friday or Sunday date. $2000 Monday-Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1500.
