Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. The Farm is only 25 minutes from downtown Athens and a short drive from Atlanta, making it the perfect spot for your destination wedding.
