About this venue

What began decades ago with a sip of Muscadine wine made from Georgia’s indigenous Muscadine grapes has evolved into Chateau Elan, a luxurious, award-winning winery and resort in the rolling hills of north Georgia. Across 3,500 acres, our destination resort, 50,000 square feet of event space, winery, multiple restaurants, professionally staffed Golf and Racquet Clubs, a world-class spa, and Viking Culinary Studio.

    Professional event planner and designer here. I've called and written emails DOZENS of times - over the course of a month - in order to get basic information for a potential wedding to no avail. RUN from this place if you're considering hosting any event there. It's an open secret in the event industry that this place has gone completely downhill with management post COVID (despite the renovations), and given how this situation has turned out I can confirm it.
