We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. The property where the church is located was purchased in May of 1886 as the First Ave Methodist - Episcopal Church. The bell tower was donated and built in 1888, with a bell brought from a foundry in Boston.
