The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Seven Ponds has been designed to host smaller, intimate weddings from 75 guests up to 140 guests with the same magical qualities and attention to detail as our sister farm Blenheim.

This historic Japanese garden and summer cottage were built at the turn of the last century. A private estate spanning 125 acres of gardens, fields, streams, mountains and trails, it has remained in the same family all this time. The garden is recognized as an important example of the Japanese “strolling” garden from that era. Because the estate remains in private hands, it is made available by the family for special occasions on a limited basis (2-3 ceremonies per year) The venue includes the Japanese garden and the surrounding meadows and fields. If you are looking for a location for a formal wedding ceremony and reception or a destination wedding site for enjoyment with guests over a long weekend of fun, hiking, fly-fishing etc., this venue offers rare access to an exclusive, one-of-a-kind destination. We have partnered with the Frost Valley YMCA to provide lodging with hotel like accommodations and transportation for wedding parties to and from the estate.
