Patterson Fruit Farm Wedding and Event Venue is located North West (behind) our Farm Market at 11414 Caves Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. It has turned into the present destination for families looking for quality fruit and fun opportunities for their children on the farm. We offer our Banquet room for indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests. We have multiple outdoor sites for wedding ceremonies. Our apple orchard is well suited for an outdoor tent event for up to 400 guests. The Buckeye conference room for meetings, gatherings, training classes during the week for up to 30 guests

We feature four different wedding venues at our park - all of them offering a unique setting for your big day. Our spacious wedding deck - situated on the edge of the lake, a stunningly beautiful setting for your ceremony. Behold the century-old trees, beautiful gardens, and pavilions, not to mention the picturesque lake, with overlooking swings and benches. The Banquet Room is completely furnished and ready to serve a buffet-style dinner, with oblong tables, padded chairs, a serving area, ceiling fan-lights, lovely restrooms, and a gas fireplace. The ballroom, built-in 1937, has large wooden beams and a dramatic peaked and raftered ceiling.

Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

Daytime Ceremony Only: We offer a ceremony only option at our Butterfly Garden or Rhododendron Garden. An outdoor ceremony only can be scheduled at 10:30am, 1 pm, or 4 pm Tuesday-Saturday, or at 1pm on Sunday. Ceremony only rental includes a two hour rental, an indoor rain location, 45 minute rehearsal, ceremony chairs, time for photos on the grounds, guest parking and admission- as well as staff to assist in the coordination of the ceremony. Evening Reception and Ceremony: Receptions at the Holden Arboretum are held after the arboretum closes to the public and can start as early as 6pm and end as late as 11:00 pm.
