Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.
