AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING AT THIS LOCATION. You are taking a 50/50 chance by booking this place that your wedding will go smoothly. If you don't want to risk it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FAST! Among many other things, this place is NOT WORTH IT. I don't even care about the money, I'm only doing this review to give couples an insight of what to expect when going here. We showed up the day of our wedding to find out the main feature of the building was under construction. They never communicated to us that the place to take pictures was under construction. We are the only wedding that I can find pictures online where we have ZERO pictures of the main feature of the building. Why would anybody book this place and pay a stupid amount of money, if they could not take pictures in front of the building! IT'S THE WHOLE REASON YOU BOOK THIS PLACE TO BEGIN WITH! Besides complete lack of communication on the facilities, other things that took place. - Building leaked during the reception. - Basic outlet plugs in the bridal suite did not work. - Did not receive food we paid for. - They closed the bar 45 minutes before last call, despite the fact we paid for the whole time. To top it all off, the management might be the most unprofessional in the entire hospitality industry. No follow-up, sent a complaint letter to them after, no reply. Went to corporate, then finally got a reply. When we finally got a phone call, the manager was as unprofessional and disrepectful as someone could be. He has ZERO business being a manager of what is supposed to be a Hilton Curio Collection. Thankfully, I recorded that conversation as well and have forwarded it to corporate. I will continue to update this post as I receive more information back.
