Our wedding at Terrain Gardens at DelVal was absolutely perfect! It was a dream!!! I’m breaking it down below because Terrain exceeded my expectations in every category possible. I cannot recommend them and this venue more highly. Food: This was probably the most important thing to me and my then fiancé when picking a venue. I wanted my guests to say, “wow, this is the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding!” …Well, goal accomplished! I heard that multiple times and people are still raving about the food weeks later!! The cocktail hour was extravagant and extensive!! And the dinner did not disappoint! Dessert was amazing as well. I don’t know what else to say but it was sooo much food and sooooo delicious! Venue space: It’s spacious and absolutely beautiful. I had about 165 guests (176 is the max) and it worked perfectly! The long farm tables layout for dinner is stunning. The dance floor area is huge. The outdoor space is perfect and a lot of my guests hung out out there throughout the evening. They set up a bar and s’mores by the fire pits outside so it made the space very usable and welcoming. We had our ceremony inside because it was in July and I didn’t want guests to be hot and that worked out well, the front half of the room had chairs while the back half had cocktail tables set up where people could stand and enjoy their drinks during the ceremony - which worked great with the margarita greeting we selected! Wedding Coordinator: At Terrain included with your wedding you are assigned a coordinator after booking your date. I can’t tell you what an incredible value I felt like this was! Our coordinator, Matt, was absolutely amazing and there’s no way our wedding would have been the dream it was without him! Matt and the Terrain team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything involving our big day. We met with Matt every month or so leading up to the wedding and had clear things to work on, discuss, and decide for each meeting - this high level of organization made planning so much easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable! The day of we also had Morgan join Matt in coordinating, everything seemed to flow so smoothly and effortlessly and I know that’s only due to how hard they were working behind the scenes!! As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they made everything go off without a hitch and took such good care of me! Terrain Design (Florist): I used Terrain Design for my florals and worked with Stephanie - I can’t express how impressed and overwhelmed I was with her and her team’s work. I am very particular and threw a lot of pretty unique ideas out there. I cried the second I first walked into the venue!! I was so blown away by the table settings. The bud vase and candle table scapes created the most beautiful, whimsical scene. Stephanie and her team worked some magic to deliver everything I’ve ever wanted but could have never envisioned myself. It still amazes me how well she understood my vision and made it come to life beautifully! Thank you so much Terrain for making all my wedding dreams come true, making my big day so incredibly special, and for being so kind and accommodating throughout it all!

We held our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Plumsteadville Inn and we are so happy we did! It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding weekend! We held both events in the upstairs banquet room, which worked great with our numbers (about 40 rehearsal dinner guests and an additional 50 welcome party attendees), as everyone had enough room to walk around and mingle. Matt and team were very easy to work with throughout the whole process from booking the space, choosing the menu, accommodating for food allergies and night-of service. The food, of course, was delicious! And the staff was so attentive and took care of us the whole night. All our guests had a great time. Highly recommend booking your next event at the Plum!

Wow, where do I even begin. Being also in the wedding industry, I knew it was not going to be easy being on the other side as a client. We toured only one other venue before the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. When we arrived in the parking lot, I turned to my now husband and said "this is it, this is the venue" before we even walked in. Kerry's presentation blew us away and the next day we signed the contract in January 2019 for April 17th, 2020. It is the perfect balance of elegance for people who envision that outdoor wedding in a manor house but have the rustic accent barn next door. Also the entire landscaping, ponds and my favorite, the white lamp posts are so unique. Comparing prices to other venues, we were VERY happy with what is included in this venue regarding food, the separate bride and groom suite, grounds, parking and more. The tasting was wonderful as well as the final meeting leading up to our April date. I had a specific vision and they really worked with me and listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Unfortunately as many other couples this year, we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID19. Let me tell you... some of my clients have been jumping through hurdles, paying thousands, in legal battles with their venue with rescheduling etc. That was completely the opposite experience for us with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. They were kind, understanding, gave us quickly the available date and made the process easy. Leading up to our newly rescheduled date, we had many talks with Catherine (who is AMAZING) regarding their COVID19 policies, steps we can encourage social distancing and cleaning. We ended up have 108 guests on 8/30/2020 and the best wedding day we could have despite rescheduling and replanning. Not only the beauty of this venue being outdoor/indoor and the STUNNING grounds, but our guests felt so comfortable with the tent sides being up and able to walk around the grounds. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a long wait at the bar. The venue was clean and even in the suites, we truly felt like we owned the house for that day. Myself and my photography team has worked at the Manor House as vendors since our wedding and are continuously happy with the respect we are treated with and the great experience they provide our couples. I could continue on and on. You will not regret choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day. We cannot thank the Fair family and their staff enough for all they have done to make our wedding day/ process easy, beautiful and safe. I look forward to continue working with them professionally as well!

She worked closely with us and our future in-laws to coordinate not only the wedding but also the events leading up to and following the big day. Her dedication to making everything perfect was evident, and she was always attentive, following through on every request with ease. The venue itself is beautiful, and the pricing is incredibly reasonable considering the level of care and attention you receive. We were genuinely satisfied with every aspect of our experience and couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our special day. I don’t even know where to start. My daughter and her fiancé were determined to have their wedding at a zoo. After reviewing several possibilities they chose the Elmwood Park Zoo, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you choose to get married at a zoo, animal interaction is one of the top priorities and the Elmwood Park zoo did not disappoint. We chose to include the giraffe feeding for all of our guests along with six different animal encounters throughout the evening. The guest were thrilled. The zoo also offered a variety of different locations for the ceremony and the cocktail hour which was nice to have options. We then chose the Canyon Garden for the reception which was lovely. They recently added a bridal suite which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that there is no adjoining bathroom and outside food was not allowed when the bridal party was getting ready. Perhaps at some point in the future, they will offer a light snack menu. The zoo also offers an extensive menu for both the cocktail hour and the reception. The food was very good and the caterers accommodated our requests for special dietary needs. I have to say we were very high maintenance. We had a specific design vision with many moving parts . In addition, my daughter added several specialized elements to the evening… A peanut butter and jelly unity ceremony , a memory bouquets for loved ones no longer with us and their 2 large dogs participating in the ceremony to name a few! In many ways we pushed the envelop and the zoo met every challenge. We did decide to hire a Day of Coordinator (Lauren from IDoInvites was phenomenal), but the the star of the zoo was Becky Bell who is their Event Manager. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Her attention to detail was incredible. She made everything look easy.. and trust me it wasn’t! We had a lot going on ! She always had a smile and never got ruffled no matter what issue or change we requested. She is a true professional, and I attribute her to making the evening a success. As I mentioned we also hired Lauren from IDoInvites as our coordinator and she and Becky were in total sync. What a dynamic duo these two were. I would highly recommend the Elmwood Park Zoo for any upcoming event.

I would like to avoid hyperbole, but HollyHedge is hands down one of the best places for a wedding in the area. After photographing weddings for 7 years, and seeing all sorts of venues, I had so much trust in HollyHedge that I actually got married here! Everyone who runs every aspect of the place, from event planning to the chefs, are good people who do a fantastic job. Every wedding I've photographed here has been a good one.

We chose Philmont for our 11/03/2023 wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the venue and the staff (special shout out to Ariel and Jimmy). We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was, which thrilled me and my husband to hear. Ariel was who I coordinated with for months, and she deserves all the good praise in the world. She was always helpful and responsive, which is key for a bride-to-be who is juggling the plethora of responsibilities and vendors prior to the big day. She was absolutely a key member of the team to ensure everything with smoothly, and had endless patience for my many questions. I would recommend her to anyone. With the recent construction going on outside the venue, my husband and I were filled with trepidation as that was something that started up a few months before our wedding day, but the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that was nothing but a hiccup on the day. We received so much praise for the venue and the outdoor ceremony space, and our guests stated that everything was beautiful. Jimmy was incredible during our Tasting, and helped us pick the perfect menu for our guests. We chose the plated option (Filet, Tuscan Chicken, and Honey-Soy Salmon), and their Honey-Soy Salmon was a massive hit with myself and the guests who ordered it. We also heard endless compliments for the appetizers and stations serviced during cocktail hour. Jimmy was a huge help to us when it came to picking the perfect menu, and was also an excellent Day-Of coordinator. He made sure everything was running smoothly on the wedding day, and helped our rather large party line up and walk for the ceremony. The staff here are truly what made this experience incredible, and it's thanks to them that we had our perfect day.

We just got married here last weekend and it was a dream come true. Between the gorgeous scenery & the amazing staffing, this place is top notch. The Logan Inn is the perfect venue for a bride who likes tradition, glam, and a little bit of modern. I walked into the Logan the summer of 2022 on my venue search. I met Maggie Smith, the general manager, who walked my mom, MOH, and me through the space. I loved the buzz of the restaurant, the cozy spaces, and the mix of the old and new. The space truly speaks for itself and I dove headfirst in the old Hollywood glam aesthetic if gave off. The space was 50% of reason I chose the Logan Inn. The other half was Maggie. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and a calming spirit. The perfect person to have on your wedding day. The Logan staff is full of rockstars. From the fun tasting event to the last song, they give their all to make the day so special. Its a whirlwind of a day but I felt the staff wanted to make me happy the whole day and their amazing energy certainly was bouncing off the walls in the reception. Other Notables: Amazing photo locations: Main Street New Hope, the canal, the inn itself (old entry ways, wine cellar, balconies, whiskey bar) - With the open restaurant it was fun having patrons cheer us on for our first look (took a bit of the nerves away) - Rock Room Cellar - Amazing Cocktail Hour Location - Great Rehearsal Dinner locations in the area. - Plenty for out of towners to do as well as hotels and air bnbs to stay in - Easy to get to (we had a lot of family and friend from New England and New York and found it a breeze to get to) - After Party fun and Havana’s down the street.

Having our wedding at Hotel Du Village in New Hope was one of the best decisions we made! We were looking for a venue with European charm near Philadelphia/NJ, where most of our family is located. We found Hotel Du Village and were wowed on our first tour of the venue. It has a blend of charming historic features mixed with modern amenities. The gardens were lush and served as the perfect romantic backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and photographs. Our wedding was in mid-May 2024. We opted to rent out the whole venue on a Friday night because it allowed us to utilize the entire event space. We held our ceremony outside on the lawn next to the manicured gardens. This flowed seamlessly into cocktail hour inside their black-and-white-tiled cocktail space. Dinner was held in the beautiful Colt Ballroom, which required minimal additional decor due to the parquet floor, gorgeous wood paneling, and glimmering Art Deco chandeliers. Finally, our reception was held in the Historic Ballroom, which provided ample room for dancing! Our guests also enjoyed the outdoor patio lit by cozy fire pits. There were plenty of easily accessible bathroom options in the main area for our guests. Now for the food. One of the reasons we chose this venue was because of their in-house catering team, complete with a CIA-trained Chef de Cuisine. Our guests later told us they had never left a wedding so full before! Our pickiest eaters were satisfied with the diverse range of options for cocktail hour and dinner included in the basic package. For the wedding planning process, we worked with Mary Ellen. During our initial tour, she came prepared with exactly what we could expect from the venue and provided us with multiple pricing breakdowns for the different dates and guest counts we were considering. Her help made the planning process simple and organized. The venue was also very accommodating to any of our requests to make our day perfect. For example, since we decided to have a Friday wedding and the venue was not booked on Thursday, we had access to all of the spaces the night before, which gave us extra time to set up our decor exactly how we wanted it. By choosing to rent the whole venue, we committed to filling the hotel the night of our wedding. While expensive, we had no issues filling the rooms with our guests, and it allowed our friends and family to stay in one place throughout our entire event. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner by the pool the night before, which added to the convenience of the hotel. Overall, if you’re looking for a picture-perfect, all-inclusive venue that allows you to customize what matters to you, this is the place.

Absolutely fell in love with the Morris Arboretum the first time we viewed it as a possible wedding venue in February. There were no beautiful f flowers bloomed and the trees had lost their leaves BUT it was still perfect and stunning. The day of our wedding as we drove up to the venue I started to cry bc it was so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Not only is it perfect scenic view but the crew omg even better, they have your back, they make it look effortless, it’s just the perfect most magical place.
