The Waterfall

Ideal for events up to 500 guests, the Grand Ballroom features 14-foot ceilings, towering Roman Corinthian marble columns, crystal chandeliers, and an 1,100 square foot marble dance floor. Intelligent lighting accents the ceilings, columns, and dance floor, which can be customized for every event. Use of the Grand Ballroom Patio with our signature waterfall is included.

Distinctive natural light combined with Tiffany accents make the Cascade Ballroom the most sought-after setting in all of Delaware. Custom arched French doors open to reveal 14-foot ceilings, an oval dance floor made from hand-carved marble and draped ceiling accents. The Cascade Ballroom can accommodate up to 325 guests. The adjacent manicured outdoor gardens are a perfect location for casual drinks, ceremonies, or cigar smoking.

From the marble water fountains, columns, gazebo and breathtaking bridge, The Waterfall is the most elegant setting in the region for ceremonies, receptions and wedding photography. As you leave the outside allure, you and your guests will be led through arched French doors to a rotunda that features an exquisite handmade blown-glass chandelier. Past the rotunda is the cocktail room, where guests can enjoy cocktails and freshly-prepared cuisine. This area features 18-foot ceilings, an endless skylight, and a glowing onyx stone wall behind the bar. Between these three spaces, up to 500 guests will experience a distinctive ceremony uniquely built like no other.
